Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been using our first Payroll System since 1999. In 2006 we became a proud supplier of their complete HRIS. Upon request, we successfully implemented OKbase in a very short time and in accordance with Civil Service and Foreign Service Codes. Employee education and training are a crucial part of the HCM within the diplomatic staff and therefore OKbase has to be able to respond quickly to regular rotations at the embassies all over the world.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is a central authority in the area of foreign policy, in the scope of which it prepares concepts and coordinates the development assistance and external economic relations. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs maintains relations of the Czech Republic with other states, international organizations and integrative blocks; it coordinates activities resulting from bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
